2.3 Customers can request quotes via our hotline or website. AM2PM Recovery will either dispatch one of our own drivers or allocate a trusted partner from our network to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective solution.

2.4 Non-Refundable Deposit: To confirm and secure any booking, a non-refundable deposit is require before work begins. In urgent or time-sensitive cases, drivers may be dispatch prior to receiving a deposit; however, if the service is later cancel, a cancellation fee will apply.

3. Deposits

3.1 Deposit Requirement: A deposit is mandatory to secure a booking or dispatch a service provider.

3.2 Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels the service for any reason, including circumstances beyond our control. This ensures fairness and commitment from both parties.

3.3 No Refunds on Cancellations: If you cancel after making a deposit payment, no refund will be issue. No exceptions apply.

3.4 Partial Refunds for Driver Failure: If the assign driver is unable to complete the job, AM2PM Recovery may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund. Each case will be assess individually, and refunds are not guarantee.

3.5 Work Carried Out Without a Deposit: In some urgent cases, work may proceed without an upfront deposit. If the service is subsequently cancel or refuse, a cancellation fee or standard call-out fee will apply, depending on the notice period and situation.

4. Driver Details and Responsibilities

4.1 Once a deposit is received, AM2PM Recovery will provide you with the driver’s contact details and other relevant information.

4.2 We are not responsible for any disputes that arise between the customer and a third-party provider once driver details have been issued. Whether the service is subcontracted or completed by AM2PM Recovery directly, customers must liaise with the assigned driver for ongoing communication and updates.

5. Service Provider and Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate details about their vehicle, location, and condition. Failure to disclose key information (e.g., whether the vehicle moves, has mechanical faults, or is in a restricted area) may result in additional charges or service cancellation without refund.

5.2 Provider Liability: AM2PM Recovery is not liable for the performance, actions, or services of third-party providers once assigned. Any concerns or complaints should be directed to the relevant provider. Customers are also responsible for notifying drivers of any areas requiring special care. Damage resulting from a vehicle being unroadworthy or unsafe is the customer’s responsibility.

6. Charges and Payments

6.1 Payment Methods: All payments, including deposits, must be made using approved methods provided by AM2PM Recovery, such as bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other secure payment gateways.

6.2 Deposits Over £150: For deposits exceeding £150, payment via bank transfer is strongly recommended.

6.3 Chargeback Policy: We maintain transparency in our pricing and services. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed, and we will provide full evidence to defend against such claims.

6.4 Peak Hour Pricing: Due to increased operational costs and limited driver availability during peak times (particularly after 5:00 p.m.), service rates may be higher. We always strive to keep pricing fair and competitive while maintaining quality and availability.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

7.1 Limitation of Liability: AM2PM Recovery is not liable for damages, losses, or additional costs incurred during or after recovery or tyre-fitting services. This includes delays, damages, or failures caused by third-party providers.

7.2 Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is suitable for recovery or towing. AM2PM Recovery and its partners accept no responsibility for pre-existing damage or vehicle defects.

7.3 Unauthorised Services: AM2PM Recovery is not liable for any additional or private arrangements made directly between customers and third-party providers without our approval. This ensures quality control and accountability.

8. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

8.1 Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between a customer and AM2PM Recovery (or a third-party provider arranged through us), customers agree to attempt to resolve the issue directly with us first.

8.2 Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with UK law. Court proceedings are only available where legally required.
